About "Feeling Better Matters"
Feeling Better Matters is an independent website launched in May 2026 by me.
Because people matter. And when we feel better — even a little better — we are often more able to care for ourselves, much less anyone else… connect with others, use our strengths, and live with greater intention. Feeling better is not selfish; it can be part of how we create a life with meaning, pleasure, love, contribution, and room for fun.
The name is meant as a boost, promoting our worth as human beings. In no way do I mean people must become better, or are not good enough, or need improving in some way. This site is meant to share resources that have helped me and others in some way or another in our human suit life journey.
Creating this site is a courageous move on my part. I have unhealthy, perfectionistic tendencies and cling to stalling instead of just getting out there. And so it goes.
Community
Connecting people to one another gives me great joy. “Show and Tell” is the community section where you can share your personal resources of tips and tricks for this human suit What are activities, or ideas/concepts, perspectives, lenses, approaches that have helped you get through the day or moment? Go to Show and Tell and share with others.
Skewed: Biased: Opinionated: Non-objective
This entire site is biased and nonobjective. Full of opinions and preferences. I needed, wanted an outlet to share info that has helped me in some way (inspiration, laughter, hope, support, weird, interesting, useful) on this life journey (different wording), so the entire/whole site is biased and nonobjective. I mean no harm to anyone in any way. I mean to share helpful and positive resources for/to others. I feel sure there will be plenty of content that will offend some of you (part of me is admittedly thrilled)—no harm is meant. If you see a video about black and white people for instance, it’s because it’s funny or informative. Cursing. Absurdity. Something that does not align with you. For instance, I feel in tune with a loving overseer of sorts,, universal loving force that guides us. I will share resources that support my opinions about this and other topics.
